포털 네이버(Naver)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 5월12월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 적은 언론사들을 퇴출했다. 허나 뒤에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이와 같이 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상태이다.
모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 비용이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이러한 경우 모바일 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 그러나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 휴대폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕에 승인 취소가 불가하다.
신세계인터내셔널 지인은 “핸드폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 때문에 스스로 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 전했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “스마트폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 때문에 현금으로 즉시 지급하고 있을 것이다”고 설명했다.
