이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온/오프라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 무난한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 증가하고 있을 것이다면 구글이 가장 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.
